Las Pilas is a census-designated place (CDP) in Webb County, Texas, United States. This was a new CDP formed from parts of the Ranchitos Las Lomas CDP prior to the 2010 census, with a population of 28.[2]

Las Pilas first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. Census,[15] one of seven CDPs (Colorado Acres, Hillside Acres, Las Haciendas, Las Pilas, Los Veteranos I, Pueblo East, and Valle Verde) were formed out the Ranchitos Las Lomas CDP.[16]

editResidents are in the United Independent School District.[19] Zoned schools include: Dr. Henry Cuellar Elementary School,[20] Antonio Gonzalez Middle School,[21] and United South High School.[22]
