Lea Novak (born 2000)[1] is a Slovenian slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2016.[2]

She won a bronze medal in the C1 team event at the 2023 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in London. She also won two silver medals in the same event at the European Championships.
