Lettercraffroe Lough is a freshwater lake in the west of Ireland. It is located in the Connemara area of County Galway.

Geography
editLettercraffroe Lough measures about 2 km (1.2 mi) long and 1 km (0.6 mi) wide. It is located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest of Oughterard and about 40 km (25 mi) northwest of Galway city.[1]
Natural history
editFish species in Lettercraffroe Lough include roach, brown trout and three-spined stickleback.[3] Lettercraffroe Lough is part of the Connemara Bog Complex Special Area of Conservation.[4]
