Note
  1. ^ Certain award groups do not simply award one winner. They acknowledge several different recipients, have runners-up, and have third place. Since this is a specific recognition and is different from losing an award, runner-up mentions are considered wins in this award tally. For simplification and to avoid errors, each award in this list has been presumed to have had a prior nomination.

The duo's Tron: Legacy film soundtrack received an award for "Best Original Score" from the Austin Film Critics Association,[1] was nominated for Score of the Year and Breakout Composer of the Year, and won Best Original Score for a Fantasy/Science Fiction/Horror Film by the International Film Music Critics Association.[2] The soundtrack album was also nominated for Best Score Soundtrack Album for Visual Media at the 54th Grammy Awards. Daft Punk's fourth studio album Random Access Memories received Grammys for Album of the Year, Best Dance/Electronica Album and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical for the 56th Annual Grammy Awards.
