List of breweries, wineries, and distilleries in Utah

This is a list of breweries, wineries, and distilleries in the state of Utah.

As of 2013, eighteen breweries were operating in the state.[1] As of September 2022, this number had increased to 40, ranking 42nd in the total number of breweries[2] and 48th in per capita number of breweries, with 1.4 per 100,000 people of age 21 and over. However, Utah is 32nd in the total number of craft beer barrels produced, and 28th in gallons per capita.[3]

There are also 23 distilleries and 15 wineries currently operating in Utah.[4]

Utah Brewers Cooperative Regional brewery Salt Lake City 1986 (Wasatch) 1989 (Squatters) Coalition of Squatters Brewery in Salt Lake City and Wasatch Brewery in Park City. Wasatch Brewery, which opened in 1986, was the first modern microbrewery in Utah. Squatters opened in Salt Lake City in 1989. The two companies merged to form the Utah Brewers Cooperative in 2000 but retain separate brand names.[7]
