editLivePerson was founded in 1995 by Robert LoCascio.[4] In April 2000, the company completed an initial public offering on the NASDAQ,[5] in March 2011 its shares began trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and were included in the TA-100 Index and the TA BlueTech Index.[6]
