editThe commune of is made up of the following villages and hamlets, Le Repos and Médavy.[3]
Médavy along with another 70 communes is part of a 20,593 hectare, Natura 2000 conservation area, called the Haute vallée de l'Orne et affluents.[4]
Médavy has 4 water courses running through it, two rivers The Orne & Le Don plus two streams the la Gironde & the Calvaire.[5]
