Münsingen railway station (German: Bahnhof Münsingen) is a railway station in the municipality of Münsingen, in the Swiss canton of Bern. It is an intermediate stop on the standard gauge Bern–Thun line of Swiss Federal Railways.

- RegioExpress/Regio: hourly service between Bern and Zweisimmen or Brig/Domodossola; the train splits at Spiez.
- RegioExpress : daily service on weekends during the high season between Biel/Bienne and Brig.
- Bern S-Bahn:
- S1: half-hourly service between Fribourg/Freiburg and Thun.
- S11: two daily rush-hour services on weekdays to Bern.
