Sheikh Yusuf Ali (1950 – 5 November 2023) was a Nigerian Kano Islamic cleric.[1] He was a member of the Islamic Sufi group known as the Tijaniyyah in Nigeria.

Ali was also an Upper Shari'a Court judge, and director of the court in 1974.[2]

Early life

Ali was born in Juma Maƙera in Gaya Town, Kano, Northern Region,[3] Nigeria. He was born in the year 1950.

Death

Ali died on 5 November 2023, at the age of 73.[4] He was buried at his house in Tudun maliki Quarters Kano.[5][3]
