Maqsudlu (Persian: مقصودلو)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bedevostan-e Sharqi Rural District[4] of the Central District of Heris County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 614 in 150 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 734 people in 209 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 799 people in 256 households.[2]
