Martin Jago (born 4 August 1972) is a British-American poet,[1][2][3][4][5][6] nonfiction writer,[7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16] and stage director.[17][18][19][20]

Educated at The University of Oxford, Jago first trained as an actor[21] at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama before a change of career in 2004 to focus on stage directing and writing.
