Mary Harrington is a British journalist.[1][2][3][4][5] She coined the term Reactionary feminism[6][7] and explored it in her 2023 book Feminism Against Progress.[8]

As a child, Harrington attended a Steiner Waldorf school.[9] She studied English literature at the University of Oxford.[9]

A book release event at the Georgia Room in New York City was cancelled after the venue received negative comments about Harrington on social media.[10]
