Early life and high school
editZollers lives in Royersford, Pennsylvania and attends Spring-Ford High School, where he plays basketball and football.[1][2] He passed for 2,052 yards and 23 touchdowns during his sophomore season.[3] As a junior, Zollers passed for a school-record 2,917 yards with 37 touchdowns and two interceptions.[4] Following his junior year, he competed in the Elite 11 quarterback competition and was named a finalist.[5] Zollers was selected to play in the 2025 All-American Bowl.[6] He suffered a broken ankle in the third game of his senior year, ending his season.[7] Zollers passed for 426 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions while also rushing for 221 yards and three touchdowns before the injury.[8]
Zollers is a consensus four-star recruit and the top prospect in Pennsylvania.[9][10] He is ranked as a five-star recruit and the second-best quarterback prospect in the nation by On3.com.[11][12] Zollers committed to play college football at Missouri over offers from Penn State, Pittsburgh, and Georgia.[13][14]
Personal life
editZollers' older brother, Kevin, is a defensive lineman for the Pittsburgh Panthers.[15]
