Mixed-mode content warnings on SSL

When this gets loaded over SSL as at this edit page, some browsers trigger mixed-content warnings due to loading the script itself and some images over http:.

Use protocol-relative links ('//upload.wikimedia.org/foo') to let browsers load them over HTTP or HTTPS as needed. --brion (talk) 23:54, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

Could someone apply these changes to the script? It is causing "Use of "$j" is deprecated. Use $ or jQuery instead." warnings on Portuguese Wikipedia. Helder.wiki 12:46, 15 March 2014 (UTC)
