Momordicoside is any of several related cucurbitane triterpenoid glycosides that can be extracted from the bitter melon vine (Momordica charantia).[1][2][3][4] They include:
- Momordicoside A[2][4]
- Momordicoside B[2]
- momordicoside F1[1]
- momordicoside F2[1]
- Momordicoside K[2][3]
- Momordicoside L[2][3]
- Momordicoside M[2][4]
- Momordicoside N[2][4]
- Momordicoside S[2]
Momordicosides A, B, F1, F2 K–N, and S can be extracted from the fruit with methanol.[1][2][4]
