Namea calcaria is a species of mygalomorph spider in the Anamidae family. It is endemic to Australia. It was described in 1984 by Australian arachnologist Robert Raven.[1][2]

Distribution and habitat
editThe species occurs in eastern Central Queensland, in closed forest habitats. The type locality is the Bulburin State Forest.[2]
Behaviour
editThe spiders are fossorial, terrestrial predators.[2]
