Nanorana pleskei (common names: Songpan slow frog, Pleske's high altitude frog, plateau frog) is a species of frog in the family Dicroglossidae. Until recently it has been only known from southwestern/central western China (Yunnan, Sichuan, Qinghai, southeastern Gansu) from elevations between 3,300–4,500 m (10,800–14,800 ft),[2] but there is now one record also from Bhutan.[3] Notice, however, that earlier records outside China have turned out to be misidentifications.[1][2]
