Early life and high school
editFrazier attended Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California.[1] At the conclusion of his senior year, he was selected to the All-American Bowl.[2] One of the top running back recruits in the country, Frazier committed to play college football at the University of Georgia, over offers from Alabama, Oregon, and Texas A&M.[3][4][5]
