Zhuzhou No.2 Middle School (Chinese: 株洲市第二中学; Chinese: 株洲市第二中學; pinyin: Zhū Zhōu Shì Dì èr Zhōng Xué) is located at No.728, Bogushandong Road, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. It is a public school in Zhuzhou City and one of the model middle schools in Hunan Province.[1]

History
editOn 24 May 1955, the school was established at No.13 Hejia Road, Zhuzhou City as a junior high school, and in 1956, the school was upgraded to a senior high school.[1]
In 1996, Zhuzhou No.2 Middle School was relocated to No.33, Tiantai Road (now No.518, Zhujiang South Road), Zhuzhou City.[1]
In April 2014, Zhuzhou Municipal People's Government decided to move Zhuzhou No.2 Middle School to No.728 Bogu Shandong Road as a whole to meet the public's demand for high-quality education resources and supervise it as one of the top ten governmental practical projects.On 1 September 2014, the school was successfully moved into the new site to run the school.[1][2]
