editNorth Deer Creek rises on the Conneaut Outlet divide about 1 mile northeast of Sunol, Pennsylvania in Mercer County. North Deer Creek then flows easterly to meet French Creek about 1 mile southeast of Carlton, Pennsylvania.[2]
