Ethan Reyes (January 17, 2008 – July 9, 2022), known professionally as Notti Osama, was a rising American rapper from Harlem, New York.[3]

Life and career

Ethan Reyes, was born in Harlem, New York.[4] He was the youngest of six children and the younger brother of DD Osama.[5][6]

Notti Osama gained popularity with the single "Too Tact" by Sugarhill Ddot featuring DD Osama in 2022.[7][8] He released "Dead Opps" featuring DD Osama on July 12, 2022.[9] Posthumously, his single "Victory" was released in 2023.[10]

Death

On July 9, 2022, Ethan Reyes was involved in a physical altercation with a 15-year-old individual.[11] The altercation began on the street and continued into a nearby subway station, where Reyes allegedly pushed the individual onto the train tracks.[12] During the incident, Reyes suffered a fatal stab wound to the abdomen. Emergency medical services transported him to Mount Sinai St. Luke's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.[13]
