Early life and high school

Kingston attended Roy High School located in Roy, Utah. In Kingston's high school career, he totaled 2,649 passing yards, 2,136 rushing yards, 542 receiving yards, and 64 total touchdowns.[1] Coming out of high school, Kingston was rated as a three-star recruit, where he committed to play college football for the BYU Cougars.[2][3]

College career

During Kingston's first collegiate season in 2022, he played in just one game where he rushed once for two yards.[4] In week three of the 2023 season, Kingston had a breakout game throwing for a 37-yard touchdown, hauling in a 20-yard touchdown reception, and returned a kickoff for 46 yards, in a win over Arkansas.[5] Kingston finished the 2023 season, totaling 19 receptions for 207 yards and a touchdown, while also adding four yards on the ground, two passing touchdowns, 215 return yards, and a tackle.[6][7] In week four of the 2024 season, Kingston returned a punt 90 yards for a touchdown, as he helped the Cougars upset the Kansas State Wildcats.[8]
