Pavelets (Russian: Па́велец) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Skopinsky District of Ryazan Oblast, Russia. Population: 1,963 (2010 Census);[1] 2,207 (2002 Census);[4] 5,783 (1989 Soviet census).[5]
