Philippe Courard (born 2 September 1966) is a Belgian politician of the Socialist Party. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Chamber of Representatives.[1] He served as speaker of the Parliament of the French Community from 2014 to 2019, and was a member of the Senate from 2019 to 2024.[2] He was a member of the government of Wallonia from 2003 to 2009,[3] and a member of the federal government from 2009 to 2014.[4]
