Pickaboo History
editPickaboo started business with a huge investment from Edison Group and MoMagic with the sim to build the largest platform in the country. Pickaboo failed to raise any further funds from external investors and downsized operations significantly. In 2019 Pickaboo was about to shut down its business due to investment crisis and existing investors couldn't see any future. In December 2019 another announcement came from the CEO , Morin Talukder that Pickaboo is coming back with new plans and he launched Pickaboo omni channel in 2020 and founded new business for the company to make it sustainable.
Pickaboo downsized overall operations significantly in 2019-2020 to make company sustainable however in 2022 Pickaboo made few new investment announcements and scaled the business significantly.[citation needed]
