Ploski [ˈplɔski] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bielsk Podlaski, within Bielsk County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Bielsk Podlaski and 27 km (17 mi) south of the regional capital Białystok.

Etymology
editThe name of the village comes from "plosa" which means "Gulf".[1]

editThe village was established in sixteenth century.

editBuilt in the nineteenth century. On the left from the gate to the church is a small Chapel which was built in 1863.[2]
