Pogonomyrmex anergismus is a species of workerless inquiline ant in the subfamily Myrmicinae native to Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas that parasitizes Pogonomyrmex rugosus and Pogonomyrmex barbatus nests.[1][2][3]
