Terry Jupp was removed. I added him back due to what some other sources say:
The Daily Telegraph - "The inquest into the death of Terry Jupp is to begin next week following the longest hearing delay in Ministry of Defence history for a civilian employee".
The Washington Post - "A long-awaited investigation into the death of a British scientist killed during secret U.K.-U.S. experiments to build homemade bombs likely to be used by terrorists is scheduled to begin Tuesday".
The Daily Telegraph - "A Ministry of Defence bomb expert was killed after "inadequate" safety procedures during tests of "high national importance", a long-delayed inquest has heard".
