Needs help from more experienced editor

Hi all, thank you for taking a look at this new portal.

As is probably obvious, it is quite glitchy unfortunately, with such errors as "The time allocated for running scripts has expired." and templates not existing.

I have tried my best to create this portal but I lack the expertise to fix these redlinked errors.

Anyone who may assist will be deeply appreciated. In the meantime, I will keep the construction banner on and try to correct these errors myself.
