It is not true that Paella comes from that. Paella means "frying pan" in Catalan/Valencian, and it comes from latin "patella". In fact, valencian people, where the dish comes from, say "arròs a la paella", which means "rice in the frying pan", clearly showing that the dish was called after the recipient, a clear case of metonimia.

Possibly the dish has arabic origins, but clearly the word not. See any ethymology romanistic reference for that.

The final "Did you know" is very evident
