Rachel Gupta (born 24 January 2004) is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Grand International 2024.[2] This was historic as she became the first Indian to win the iconic title.[3] She was previously crowned Miss Grand India 2024 and Miss Super Talent of the World 2022.[4]

editGupta was born on 24 January 2004 in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.[5]
Career
editBeginnings and title of Miss Super Talent of the World (2022)

At the age of 18, Gupta participated in the 15th season of Miss Supertalent held in Sep 2022 in Paris, France.[6] The event featured representatives from 50 countries. She won the title at the Pavilion Cambon, Paris.[7]
Winner of Miss Grand India (2024)
editIn May 2024, Gupta was announced as one of the finalists for the Miss Grand India 2024. At the grand finale held in August 2024, she was crowned as Miss Grand India 2024 by the outgoing titleholder Arshina Sumbul in Jaipur, Rajasthan. During the evenr, she also won several sub-titles including Miss Top Model, Best in Ramp Walk, Beauty with a Purpose, and Best National Costume.[8]
Gupta went to Thailand as a guest for the preliminary and final event of the Miss Grand Saraburi 2025. During her visit, she showed support to the Foundation for Slum Child Care in Bangkok, donating items valued at 10,000 THB to aid the foundation's work.[9]
Historic win at Miss Grand International (2024)

As the Miss Grand India, Gupta represented her nation at the Miss Grand International 2024 held in Thailand from September to October. She was crowned the winner by the former titleholder Luciana Fuster.[10] She also won the Grand Pageants Choice Award at the competition.[11] Her victory was historic as she became the first Indian and the third Asian to win the crown title.[12]
