Raftilose is the trade name for a prebiotic fructooligosaccharide (FOS) derived from inulin produced by Orafti and Palatinit, subsidiaries of Südzucker.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] It consists of fructose oligomers, and sometimes a terminal glucose.^[5]
