Randy Mastro (born August 21, 1956) is an American attorney and government official who served as Chief of Staff and Deputy Mayor of Operations for New York City under Mayor Rudy Giuliani.[1][2] On July 30, 2024, Mastro was nominated to be the Corporation Counsel for New York City by Mayor Eric Adams.[3]
