Rawhi Mushtaha was a Palestinian militant and a founding member of Hamas. He was the head of the Hamas government in the Gaza Strip. He was killed in an Israeli airstrike.[1][2][3][4]

Biography

In 2012, he was elected to serve as a member of the political bureau of Hamas. In 2015, his name was added to the US State Department's list of specially declared global terrorists, along with Muhammad Deif and Yahya Sinwar.[5]
