Reticulitermes lucifugus

Reticulitermes lucifugus is classified as a species of termite in the genus Reticulitermes. Its diet consists mainly of rotten timber and logs.[1] It is found in the Provence region,[2] Italy,[3] and the Broadleaf woodlands[1] of North America.
