Reuben Mtolo Phiri is a Zambian politician.[1][2][3] He is the current Minister of Agriculture of Zambia and the member of parliament for Chipata Central.[4] He is a member of the United Party for National Development (UPND).[4] He was born on 11 November 1964.[1]
