Russell Mmemo Dlamini (born 23 October 1973) is a Liswati politician who is serving as the prime minister of Eswatini since 4 November 2023.[1]

Biography
editDlamini obtained a bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences at the University of Eswatini, then a master's degree in 2006 in sustainable development planning and management at the Stellenbosch University. In November 2015, he was appointed CEO of the National Disaster Management Agency. Before joining the national Disaster Management Agency, Dlamini worked for World Vision International - Swaziland Office from October 2009 to September 2010. He then went to work as an Integrated Programmes Director for World Vision Rwanda from May 2011 to April 2014.
Following the 2023 general election, King Mswati III decided to appoint Dlamini as Prime Minister.[1][2][3]
