Until 1996 the plan was to build a housing estate and multifunctional premises on the site of the former vineyards near Myslenická Street, but later this location fell to commercial construction.[1] In 2002, the construction was expanded to include family and apartment houses in the Dubový vŕšok part.[1][2] The Dubový vŕšok total area is 233,507 m²[3] and is located northwest of the shopping park called Sahara Shopping Park.[4] In 2018, the construction of Vinice apartment buildings began.
There are three streets here: Ľudovíta Rajtera, Kataríny Franklovej, and Eugena Suchoňa Street. Okružná Street stretches to the right, the housing estate is bounded by Obchodná ulica from the bottom, and the business park is bounded by Myslenická Street from the bottom.
