Sahneh Rural District (Persian: دهستان صحنه) is in the Central District of Sahneh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Derkeh.[4]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 4,960 in 1,185 households.[5] There were 5,186 inhabitants in 1,408 households at the following census of 2011.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 4,503 in 1,435 households. The most populous of its 21 villages was Derkeh, with 956 people.[2]
