Schmigadoon! is a stage musical adaptation of the musical television series of the same name, with a book, music and lyrics by Cinco Paul, who created the TV series with Ken Daurio.[1] The musical included songs from the TV series and some original songs written for the stage.[2] The story follows two New York City doctors, Melissa Gimble and Josh Skinner, who are struggling with their romantic relationship, as they find themselves trapped in a magical town similar to the set of a Golden Age musical and populated by colorful people who frequently break out into song.
