Sudarshan Singh Bajwa (1923 – 22 September 2018), better known as S. S. Bajwa, was a retired Indian Police Service officer of 1950 batch of Haryana cadre. He served as principal director of cabinet secretariat in Government of India.

Career
editHe joined the Indian Police Service in 1950. He served as principal director of cabinet secretariat in Government of India. He was Inspector-general of police during the emergency in India. On 22 September 2018, he died at the age of 95.[1][2][3][4]
Awards
editOn 15 August 1969, he was awarded the Police Medal for meritorious service and then on 15 August 1977, he was awarded the President's Police Medal for distinguished service.[5]
