Sun Heping (Chinese: 孙和平) is a Chinese diplomat served two times as Ambassador: to Nepal (2003–2007) and Uganda (2007–2011).[1][2]

Biography

In September 2003 he succeeded Wu Congyong [zh] as Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, serving in that position from 2003 to 2007. He served as the Chinese Ambassador to Uganda from December 2007 until October 2011, when he was succeeded by Zhao Yali [zh].[citation needed]
