Swimming at the 1991 Pan American Games – Women's 100 metre freestyle

The women's 100 metre freestyle competition of the swimming events at the 1991 Pan American Games took place on 12 August.[1] The last Pan American Games champion was Silvia Poll of Costa Rica.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
