T&S Communications, simply referred to as T&S (sometimes as T and S[3]), fully known as T&S Communications Co., Ltd.,[4] is a Chinese[5] fiber optic communication company[6] founded in 2000. After obtaining approval from the CSRC,[7] the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2016,[8] with China Merchants Securities as its lead underwriter.[9] It specializes in manufacturing fiber optic connectors[10] and ceramic ferrules.[11]

T&S products are mainly for the European and American markets,[12] such as Hungary,[13] and the US.[14] The company also entered the metaverse communication network market.[15] In 2017, it acquired Ruixinyuan Technology.[16] In 2019, it received more than $15 million in subsidies from the Chinese government.[17] In 2022, its full-year sales reached more than 930 million yuan.[18]
History
editT&S was incorporated in 2000.[19] It was transformed into a joint-stock company in 2011.[20] In March 2016, its IPO application was approved.[21] In September, it attended the ECOC Exhibition in Germany.[22]
In December 2016, T&S officially went public on the ChiNext,[23] under the symbol "300570.SZ".[24] In March 2018, the company opened a joint venture plant in Cserkeszőlő with Kontaset.[25]
