History and architectural features
editBuilt in 1904, this historic structure is a three-story, L-shaped, brick dwelling that was designed in the Colonial Revival-style. It features a broad verandah and bow-front bay windows.
It was the home of Theodore M. Kurtz (1868-1945), a prominent local businessman and member of the Pennsylvania State Senate.[2]
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.[1]
