Taisho-ike Dam (Japanese: 大正池(再)) is a gravity dam located in Kyoto Prefecture in Japan. The dam is used for irrigation. The catchment area of the dam is 2.8 km2. The dam impounds about 4 ha of land when full and can store 230 thousand cubic meters of water. The construction of the dam was started on 1996 and completed in 1999.[1]
