Redirect target
editThere appears to be a dispute about the appropriate target for this redirect.
The target could be equally apostrophe or single quote – but it it is also (mis)used for a variety of other purposes. For example, something like "a 6' high wall" is fairly meaningless to the very large majority of readers around the world who do not use US customary measures. I don't doubt that for US readers, single quote is rare and double quotes normal but the reverse is true in en-uk. So for these and other reasons, I support redirection to ' (disambiguation).--𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 23:29, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
- I see that I've made (and lost) a very similar RtM before. See Talk:' (disambiguation)#Requested move 13 April 2020. --𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 09:33, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
