Can I have a direct quote for Tai-speaking minority groups in Vietnam such as the Nung and Tay,?--Amore Mio (talk) 01:53, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

There are a lot of links showing this, here. The Nung and Tay are two of the largest non-Viet-Muong minority groups of the northern region of Vietnam. Badagnani (talk) 01:57, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

OK, let me add one of these link into the article.--Amore Mio (talk) 01:58, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I believe, like the Muong are so similar culturally and linguistically to the Viet, the Nung and Tay are also closely related (similar to the Zhuang of Guangxi and probably also the Dong and Dai of China). Badagnani (talk) 02:01, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

It's OK now, I have no question about Zhuang people.--Amore Mio (talk) 02:12, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Relation of Last Two Paragraphs to the Subject

edit

From reading the article it is absolutely unclear how the last two paragraphs about the Qin and Han Dynasties relate to the subject of the article. Stefanhanoi (talk) 17:44, 13 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Bibliography Error regarding SFN/Harv citations

edit

Hello, @Qiushufang. A recent change that you made to the article has given it a sfn/harv error. Please fix citation #12 that is "Taylor 2013", did you perhaps mean "Taylor 1983"? Thank you, Thecowboygilbert - (talk) ♥ 19:36, 5 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

I have fixed it. Thanks for telling me. Qiushufang (talk) 21:37, 5 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
