Hi @Markussep, regarding the population of Çevre, Tuik simply ignores the existence of a settlement if its population has been consistently at 0 since 2007 (the year Turkey started annually enumerating its population). So even though Çevre is considered a village (per e-icisleri.gov.tr) it is ignored by tuik. The district site does mention Çevre as an unpopulated village. That's right, the last census that I found with Çevre in it was 1997. It may be true that the village is still uninhabited, but we can't use the address-based data from TÜİK as a reference for that, because it simply isn't listed. MarkussepTalk19:25, 10 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
