Hidden away
editWhy is this hidden away with Eric Bondo a redlink? Gene Nygaard (talk) 05:20, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
- Well, his name is Éric Bondo rather than Eric Bondo. But I've created a redirect in any event. CJCurrie (talk) 05:14, 28 January 2010 (UTC)
- You seem to be operating under some misapprehension that it is an error to use the English alphabet when writing in English. Get over it. If this guy does anything notable enough to make the papers outside of Quebec, for example, someone reading about him should be able to find the Wikipedia article on him. Gene Nygaard (talk) 03:58, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
- Well, golly gee! I see he has made the New York Times.[1] And naturally, it is "Eric Bondo"—but it also looks like it is "Eric Bondo" in several French language publications as well. Why you'd want to write an article and not have it found, not even be enthusiastic about helping people find him, baffles me. Gene Nygaard (talk) 04:03, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
- Maybe it's time to look at our "best known in English" naming conventions, too. Gene Nygaard (talk) 04:06, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
I am Eric Bondo, even I don't use É, it's a recent rule in French, but it really doesn't matter. Thx for the page though.
I don't want to add anything, I'm not that Narcissic. But if you need any details on what happened after 2006: I worked for a few months as a political aide for Louise Harel, a MP in the provincial government. Then, I continued my political work by doing clips on www.repere.tv and on my blog www.lequilibriste.wordpress.com. See the links, you'll find me. I was also interviewed on National Radio in 2009 because I looked like President Obama (not that much, but people think so...). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.55.141.22 (talk) 05:55, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
